NZ nationwide delivery only.
For total purchase under NZD$69, all deliveries have a standard charge of NZD$7, to all destinations in New Zealand. It covers packaging, delivery and insurance.
For one order, total purchase NZD$69 or more, free shipping. If customer return all items, $7 delivery fee will be deducted.
All orders are sent in 1 to 7 working days after the payment is received. Delivery normally received within 5 working days to most New Zealand destinations.
Unfortunately, we currently do not offer Click & Collect.

ONLINE RETURNS POLICY
Merric is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please return it to us within 14 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Item/s must be unworn and unwashed.
- All labels, swing tags and care labels must still be attached.
- Items purchased using gift cards eligible for refund only. They cannot be exchanged.
- All returns will be processed within 3 business days of arriving in the Merric Warehouse.
- Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment and may take 2-3 working days to show in your account.
- Any postage charges are excluded from refunds.
- We currently do not offer in-store return if you purchased online.
- Our Returns policy excludes accessories and gift vouchers, even if lost or stolen.
We recommend using a trackable method of postage, as we do not cover postage costs associated with returning products to our online store unless the item is faulty.

Delivery Coverage
Merric offers nationwide delivery within New Zealand only. We currently do not offer international shipping or Click & Collect services.
Shipping Fees
- Orders under NZD $69: A flat shipping fee of NZD $7 applies to all destinations within New Zealand. This fee covers packaging, delivery, and insurance.
- Orders of NZD $69 or more: Free standard shipping nationwide.
Dispatch Time
For items that are in stock, orders will be processed and dispatched within 3 business days after payment has been received, excluding weekends and public holidays.
If an item is out of stock or temporarily unavailable, our team will contact you to discuss product availability, estimated dispatch times, and available options.
Please note that dispatch time refers to the time required to process, pack, and hand over your order to the courier. It does not include courier transit time.
Courier Transit Time
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is normally completed within 5 business days to most destinations across New Zealand.
Courier transit time begins once your order has been collected by the courier and is separate from the dispatch processing period.
Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on your location, public holidays, peak shopping periods, weather conditions, or courier network delays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.
Estimated Total Delivery Time = Dispatch Time + Courier Transit Time

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 14 days of purchase, subject to the conditions outlined below.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a change-of-mind return:
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition.
- All original labels, swing tags, and care labels must remain attached.
- Items purchased using gift cards are eligible for refunds only and cannot be exchanged.
- Accessories and gift vouchers are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
- Online purchases cannot be returned in-store.
These conditions do not limit your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
Return Process
We recommend using a trackable postage service when returning your items, as Merric is not responsible for items lost in transit.
Customers are responsible for return postage costs for change-of-mind returns. Where an item is faulty or does not meet applicable consumer guarantees, Merric will meet its obligations under New Zealand consumer law.

Refund Processing
Once your returned items arrive at the Merric Warehouse, we aim to process eligible returns within 3 business days.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take an additional 2–3 business days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Free Shipping & Returns
For orders that originally qualified for free shipping (NZD $69 or more), if all items in the order are returned for a change-of-mind refund, a flat NZD $7 shipping fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
This deduction does not apply where prohibited by applicable consumer law, including where a customer is entitled to a remedy under the Consumer Guarantees Act.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact our customer service team with your order number and details of the issue.
We will review your request and arrange an appropriate remedy in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act.
