Refund policy
Merric is committed to providing quality products to our customers. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, please return it to us within 14 days of purchase.
- Proof of purchase must be provided.
- Item/s must be unworn and unwashed.
- All labels, swing tags and care labels must still be attached.
- Items purchased using gift cards eligible for refund only. They cannot be exchanged.
- All returns will be processed within 3 business days of arriving in the Merric Warehouse.
- Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment and may take 2-3 working days to show in your account.
- Any postage charges are excluded from refunds.
- We currently do not offer in-store return if you purchased online.
- Our Returns policy excludes accessories and gift vouchers, even if lost or stolen.
We recommend using a trackable method of postage, as we do not cover postage costs associated with returning products to our online store unless the item is faulty.
